FIRST ON SCENE: HOW TO REACT, RESPOND, AND RESCUE IN THE FIELD
Wednesday January 14, 2026
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
When accidents happen on the job site, the first few minutes can make all the difference. In this session, we’ll equip tree and landscape professionals with the knowledge and confidence to take immediate, effective action in emergency situations — from traumatic injuries and heat illness to cardiac events and equipment-related accidents. Through real-world scenarios and practical guidance, attendees will learn how to assess the scene, stabilize the injured, and communicate clearly with emergency responders. Whether you're working in a remote location or simply waiting for help to arrive, you'll leave better prepared to protect your crew and potentially save a life.
