Billy Butts, MCLP brings 39 years of experience in the commercial landscape and snow management industry in the Metro Boston area. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles from General Manager to Vice President with local, regional, and national firms.

Billy joined Outdoor Pride Landscape and Snow Management in 2018 as Vice President of Client Relations and Sales. He was tasked with building the sales organization and expanding the client base, and under his leadership the business grew by more than 20% per year. He was recently promoted to Regional Vice President of Sales; in this role he is responsible for training and development for sales and account management team members for number of partner companies under the Visterra banner while continuing to grow Outdoor Pride’s New England market.

Known for building strong client relationships and mentoring team members, Billy thrives on helping others succeed. He's a passionate networker, active in industry associations, and co-hosts the Sales Talk Show podcast — a nonprofit venture for sales professionals in the green industry. A committed volunteer, Billy chairs the advisory board at Essex North Shore Technical School and mentors future industry talent. A UMass Dartmouth graduate and MCLP-certified professional, he enjoys golfing, beach time with his family, and cheering on the Patriots.
