Soil Health: Practical Strategies for Better Landscapes

Soil health is a hot topic, but where did the concept originate, what does it encompass, and how does it apply to landscape management? This session will explore the origins and principles of soil health and their practical applications in the green industry. From turf management to fine gardening, we'll discuss how soil health principles can be adapted to different landscape settings, with particular attention to the unique soils of Cape Cod. Participants will gain practical insights into incorporating soil health practices into their work and communicating effectively with clients interested in bringing these principles to their landscape.
