Mass Budget Amendments Results:

We received the information below from MALCP. 

"The House concluded the Energy and Environmental Affairs category with the unanimous adoption of Consolidated Amendment B.  Below is the list of items that we have been working on in this category.  While we did not succeed on the testing equipment matter (#1298), we are pleased to report that our amendment calling for the DAR to conduct a scientific review of neonicotinoids (#1366) was adopted and the funding was boosted to $100,000!  A copy of the amendment is attached and I have highlighted the specific language.  We have work to do in the Senate". 

Carl Mueller accepting the Massachusetts Nursery and Landscape Association annual scholarship recently.  Carl was recognized for both outstanding academic and professional achievements.  Carl works closely with his family operating their business, Paramount Landscaping in Osterville, while simultaneously being a student at Stockbridge School of Agriculture and a fraternity member of ATG.  Carl is a CCLA member and past recipient of the Mike Stacy Memorial Scholarship! Congratulations to Carl!!
